We bought a television from them. They delivered it and set it up the next day. A couple days later we were having trouble finding local channels. My husband called them and they walked him through the process of finding what we wanted.

I’ve only been in store twice. This being the second time. I walked in and was instantly greeted. I told them I was looking for an open box television. One of the salesman, can’t remember his name, took me straight to where they were and we found it without much difficulty. We loaded it up. I paid. Was helped getting it in my vehicle and was off like a shot. Longest part was just checking out. Overall very pleased and satisfied! Thank you!

We have been long-time customers (30+ years) at Bob Wallace Appliance in Huntsville. After less-than-friendly service in their sales department and low inventory, I went to several other appliance stores to find a replacement for our broken washing machine. I went to Electronic Express based on a recommendation from a friend. What a pleasant shopping experience! Not only did the salesperson know about the options, but it was also easy to see what was in stock and available for quick delivery. The sales prices on a washer/dryer set were lower than any other store in town. Delivery technicians were on time and installed professionally. I am very pleased with our purchase and will definitely recommend Electronic Express.

Jamie gave me best the best experience I’ve had in a long time. He was very knowledgeable about every washer/dryer in store. He was patient in the midst of my indecisiveness. He has a very calming demeanor. I was panicking on the inside (from having so many decisions to choose from), but he calmly listened to all of my desires and helped me find the best set for me in my budget. If I could, I would clone Jamie and place one of him at every establishment I visited. But since I can’t, I just want to give a huge THANK YOU to him for making a difficult decision/process be smoother than it’s ever been.
